An online letting agent is usually an agent that would offer all lettings services online. With the power of the internet everything can be done from the comfort of your home. Landlords can list their property from their desktop or even smart phone by accessing our portal, apply for tenant references and start receiving tenant enquires within hours of listing their property. Tenants now a days like to search for properties when they have time and usually this can be out of office hours where most high street letting agents are closed. The Online service acts as a bridge where tenants can contact the landlord directly 24/7 days a week to arrange appointments. This is an added benefit to landlords as they receive every single enquiry via SMS nearly doubling their chances of finding tenants.
